Ragdoll Cattery Di Dossie

" Because a Ragdoll makes you smile everyday "

Welcome to Ragdoll Cattery Di Dossie

Congratulations!

You've fallen for the beautiful blue eyes of a Ragdoll, but where do you start?
What is a "perfect" Ragdoll and when do you talk about a good breeder?
What does a Ragdoll need?
Do you have any questions after reading our site? Feel free to ask it!

"Perfect Ragdoll"

The perfect Ragdoll, does it even exist?
Our vision is to breed healthy and well-socialized kittens.
By means of extensive testing of our parent animals, we can keep any hereditary disorders in the kittens to a minimum.
We also spend a lot of time on socialization.
Via the button below you can read how we raise the kitten during the first 14 to 15 weeks.
Healthy and well socialized, that is of paramount importance to us, if we succeed then a kitten is perfect for us!

Of course we also pay attention to build, eye color, coat in our breeding program to get as close as possible to the breed standard, but we prefer kittens with a spot in a place that doesn't belong there but doesn't look at or around when the vacuum cleaner is turned on than a kitten with a perfect marking that doesn't come out from under the closet.

The full breed description can be read via the logo of the Dutch Ragdoll Club (Dutch only).

Good breeder.....

- is a breeder who breeds from the heart and will put the welfare of the animals above everything else.
- has had the parents fully tested via DNA and Echo and will also give you insight into these results
- has the kittens and cats roaming freely in the house and therefore not locked up in cages
- takes the time to inform you well and answer all your questions
- provides a guarantee against hereditary disorders
- Do not let the kittens move until they are at least 14 weeks old.

NOTE: all kittens are cute, including the kittens from a bread breeder. Use your senses, look around you, if you see something you don't like, feel free to say no to a kitten.
